Refund & Return Policy

1. Overview

All products sold by Hexxium Research are chemical research compounds intended strictly for in vitro laboratory and pre-clinical research use. Due to the nature of these materials, all sales are considered final once an order has been fulfilled, subject to this Refund & Return Policy and any rights that cannot legally be waived. Refund, replacement, and credit requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis under the terms below.

2. Refund Method — Store Credit

All approved refunds are issued as store credit only, except where another remedy is required by applicable law or payment-network requirements.

Store credit is delivered to the customer as a unique credit code by email and may be redeemed toward a future eligible order placed with Hexxium Research. Store credit has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by applicable law.

3. Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been shipped, except where required by applicable law or where Hexxium Research determines that the shipment error was caused by Hexxium Research. If a replacement shipment is approved due to a verified fulfillment error, Hexxium Research may waive replacement shipping at its discretion.

4. Administrative / Restocking Fee

Approved discretionary returns or cancellations may be subject to a 10% administrative fee, calculated from the eligible merchandise amount, to cover payment-processing, handling, and restocking costs.

This fee does not apply to verified damaged merchandise, verified missing merchandise, incorrect products shipped by Hexxium Research, or situations where applicable law or the payment processor requires a different remedy.

5. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Claims involving damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported to Hexxium Research within 48 hours of the carrier's recorded delivery time whenever reasonably possible. Please provide:

• Your order number
• Supporting photographs or documentation where applicable
• A description of the issue

Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee a refund, replacement, or credit. Each claim is reviewed and resolved based on the available evidence and the circumstances of the shipment. Verified claims caused by Hexxium Research are resolved at no additional cost and without an administrative fee.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be eligible for cancellation before fulfillment or shipment. Once fulfillment has begun or the order has entered the fulfillment workflow, cancellation may no longer be available. Approved discretionary cancellations are issued as store credit and may be subject to the administrative fee described above. All cancellations require final approval by Hexxium Research.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety and quality-control requirements, the following cannot be returned:

• Products that have been opened or used
• Products stored improperly after delivery
• Products where the seal has been broken
• Orders delivered more than 30 days ago

8. Processing

Approved store credits are issued by email, typically within 5 business days of claim approval. Where applicable law or payment-network rules require a refund to the original payment method, such refunds are processed through our administrative refund workflow.
